(5 out of 5) Nice Small 357 Carry Powerhouse
by from Orlando, FL on

Purchased this little 357 doubting its diminutive size would handle the high pressure high velocity 357 mag round. Well, I'm happy to report that 1,000+ rounds of 158gr fodder have resulted in nothing but sore hands and Swiss cheese targets. The recoil is intense on such a small gun, but to the well seasoned shooter, it is tolerable. I'd recommend 38 special ammo until you are ready to experience the full force of the 357 mag rounds. Key high points: Smooth trigger, beautiful stainless finish, perfect cylinder timing, excellent sight picture. Key low points: recoil with 357 mag rounds can be punishing; try wearing a glove it you are going to put 50+ rounds of 357 down the pipe.

Bottom line: a top of the line carry piece that will get the job done plus.
