Remarkable the matte or bead blast type finish is perfect...cannot find any flaws at all in finish...Taurus used to have white outline rear sights on these type and Tracker and in product description at Taurus doesn't really say, but just a plain black blade, so not thrilled about that...while each cylinder locks up timing is ok you can wiggle the cylinder back & forth just enough that I don`;`t like that not locking up tight like a S&W...while the black rubber grips are so much better than Taurus ribbed grips, these are too narrow for me and not comfortable in your hand at all so I have already ordered some wood grips for it...have not fired yet so as far as I can go at this point...not a $900 S&W 44, but I got on special here at $419, so you cant go wrong...with Taurus retail at $650 I think, you get what you pay for...so overall it is ok.
