(5 out of 5) Great CCW gun!
by from Bismarck, North Dakota on

I bought this because I wanted a dead reliable carry gun. I also wanted something economical to practice with. This fit the bill perfectly since it is cheaper to shoot than both .38 and .357. Based on my research, I have found that 9mm is balistically superior to .38 Special. The only downside I can think of with this gun is the fact that you have to use moon clips with the 9mm cartridges. But being able to carry loaded moon clips makes reloading a snap! I have had it about a year and have put several hundred rounds through it. Absolutely no issues with it. The Hornady Critical Defense rounds have a little more snap than Winchester White Box 9mm FMJ, which is to be expected. My hand does get a little sore after a long shooting session with it, but its a lightweight revolver so again, not surprising. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a CCW gun for 2 main reasons. 1. 100% reliability. 2. You can practice with it pretty cheap. And what does it pay to carry something that you don;t practice with and cant hit anything with.
