First off let me start by saying I've use Hornady XTP bullets for many many years. I've used Hornady LS loaded ammunition and many other companies' loadings of the XTP bullet but the last box of 124+p American Gunner XTPs I bought from Hornady were garbage. I know they aren't bonded per day but I've never seen them shed their jackets like the last box I purchased. After recently getting a steal of a deal on a Ruger LC9, I've been looking for a light for caliber load because I plan to use the LC9 strictly as a pocket pistol and need it to be as light as possible so I had rather not use 124-147 grain loads.
With the high price of ammo these days, these are a steal. Weight retention and expansion is what I’m looking for and these seem to fit the bill.
First I would like to thank Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore for shipping my Hornady 9 mm hollow points to me. I really appreciate it I'm a value customer for life.
