Smith & Wesson M&P9 9mm Flat Dark Earth Centerfire Pistol

The frame on mine has left over plastic from the mold attached in the magwell causing the mag release to not function correctly. Magazines also do not drop free. Finally, it looks like someone with dirty hands was holding it prior to me receiving.

Awesome gun at a dang good price. I put night sights on it as soon as I got it and about 500 rds later, no probs. Good shipping without any hiccups.

I've owned this particular M&P for almost a year. I have more than 4500 rounds through it without any firearm induced failure. I've ran junk ammo and great factory ammo all of which has fed fine, ejected well and have not had ANY striker issues. I carry this every single day. I would recommend for people who hate the flat front face to get a Hogue grip which will fix that issue 100%. The only thing I am not a 100% fan of is the trigger. In all essence for a duty firearm it's a PERFECT trigger. I use this for IDPA as well as other firearm disciplines which forced me to upgrade the trigger with an Apex Forward Set Sear trigger group. Stock, this gun is great. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a dependable duty/carry firearm.

The handgun is awesome. Cheapest place I could find the M&P in FDE. As another reviewer stated, the factory test-fire casing was missing, but that isn't a huge deal. It just gives you an idea as to the build date. The trigger feels great when compared to earlier M&P models. I was planning on needing an APEX kit, but I'll probably hold off due to how much improvement S&W has made the past couple years. The handgun comes to you absolutely filthy from the factory and is covered in a factory lubricant, so make sure you clean the firearm well prior to the first use. Shipping was slow due to the Christmas holiday. Took over a week and a couple inquiries before it shipped, but no worries, the trade off in savings made it not that big of a deal I was just impatient due to excitement. This was my first order through Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore. I've heard their shipping is usually very fast, but I cannot vouch for this on my particular order. Still, very happy with my order and will likely purchase from these folks in the future! This was my first dealings with Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore and I couldn't be happier. Ordered my new M&P on a Sunday night and it was delivered to my FFL on Tuesday. Picked it up on Christmas Eve and everything was perfect. Will definitely shop here again.

Beautiful gun, handles like a dream. Shipping was horrible as it was FedEx and they tried to say it was wrong address, come to find out the driver didn't even stop at my FFL. I gave it 4 stars because the front AND rear sights were off center and I've got to get that fixed. Great gun and I'm satisfied. Not quite as accurate as my FNS though.

Love my new M&P. It just fits and feels better than others, it was missing the factory fired casing but everything else seems to be there and the shipping was super fast even right before CHRISTmas
