I used to own a Parker back in the day that was given to me as a gift. Ended up selling it a few years ago when I moved to West Virginia. So this year when WV decided we could hunt with crossbows, I had to get another one. I was deciding between a Parker like the one I had before and a Barnett. I decided upon the Barnett because of the price, and I have 0 regrets. Ended up with a 10-point using this baby!
Another reviewer mentioned not getting any arrows. When I bought this, there was no mention of arrows being included, so not sure what they mean.
Bottom line: very happy with this crossbow!
Last night my son opened his Jackal crossbow and we found out the package is missing the 3 arrows and field tips. It is disappointing as this was his birthday gift and he cannot use it until this is rectified. I am waiting for customer service to rectify this and will update my review on products performance once he can use the bow.
