Always impressed with SOSS police trade in weapons, but you never can tell for sure. This M&P .45 had all backstraps & factory goodies, the night sights were strong and bright, and there was zero holster wear anywhere on the gun. If it hadn't been dirty and dry, it could have passed for unissued. Not a better deal on this gun out there, I looked before ordering. My only gripe isn't with SOS, but S&W for making the trigger reset in these .45s so light it is almost undetectable. It didn't affect the guns accuracy and it shoots great, but I wish they would address that reset for fast follow up shots. All in all, grab one of these at a bargain price while you can!
I just received my M&P 45 and was very excited to say the least. The gun itself is in perfect shape, not a mark on it. The only use that shows on it is internal, where they missed some small amounts of powder residue. My weapon came with brand new night sights awesome!, however I only received 2 of my 3 magazines. I contacted SOSS and hope to have that resolved shortly. Other than that, this gun will be my new bump-in-the-night companion. Very impressed with performance!
Just received my S&W 45 ACP full size police trade in. WOW. If this is a good condition, I can't imagine a very good one. It is like new. All accessories are there with the case. If you have been looking for a 45 ACP, don't miss this one, and of course, the great service of Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore. Arrived in 3 days. And, it shoots like you have always heard about S&W M&P. Awesome.
