Of course not. But I've been shooting maybe 5 mo and bought a box of Hornady American Gunner. Without ever having shot a minute group, I shot a half minute 3 group Tikka T3 bull barrel 223. Then I did it again. Then I looked for the cheapest place that would sell me 1000 rnds and here we are!
