The Scorpion Carbine is a whole new animal. Building on the lauded submachine gun platform that first hit the US civilian market in pistol form in 2015, the Carbine has a 16.2″ barrel fitted with a faux suppressor built specifically for CZ-USA by SilencerCo.
Fit with the factory’s folding adjustable stock, the Carbine features a number of US-made parts to make it fully 922(r) compliant. One of the nicest features of the firearm is the newly-designed forend, covered in M-LOK attachment points to keep the profile slim while still being big enough to swallow most pistol-caliber suppressors should the owner decide down the road to convert it into an SBR for use with a suppressor.
Low-profile aluminum adjustable sights round out the platform, and a top Picatinny rail allows the mounting of a wide number of optics. Simple and reliable, the Scorpion not only has ambidextrous controls, its non-reciprocating charging handle is swappable and reach to the trigger is adjustable.

Love this rifle! Cheap ammo to shoot and a lot of fun!
I've had this gem for just over a year now and it is, beyond question, my favorite item to pull out at the range. It's light weight, insanely accurate, and easy to handle. Eats up any ammo I've put in to it without a jam or malfunction. There are a couple downsides to this rifle, but are easily and cheaply corrected. First, the trigger pull is about 9lbs. The right-side safety will dig in to your trigger finger when fired, and you will scrape your fingers on the upper rail when operating the charging handle. I fixed all this with an order to HB Industries. Picked up the trigger replacement parts, extended charging handle, duckbill magazine release, and AK style safety replacement for less than $80 total. Did all the work myself and found it to be straightforward to do. I later replaced the handrail with an extended handrail, also from HB Industries, that floats the barrel. The stock setup has the barrel bolted midway down to the handrail. Only thing to do now is pick up a Vortex Venom and decide whether or not to SBR it with an actual suppressor. If you are considering a PCC, this is the one to buy.
