The magazine was missing from my original order when it was received from SOSS. I contacted CS and they said they would ship one out to me, and did so as promised. Thanks for quickly resolving the problem. You've got a long term customer as long as you continue good customer service!
Previous pistols I bought Glocks were listed as Good Condition, and were closer to Very Good. The M&P recently bought was listed as Good condition, but seemed borderline Fair condition. A lot of minor surface rust on frame, slide serrations and inside slide rails. Barrel was the nicest part with good rifling and shiny a bore.
Only real issue was the firearm arrived without the one magazine it was supposed to ship with. Customer service told me they are waiting on the warehouse shipping manager decision. So I'm hopeful SOSS will do the right thing and send me one. Will let you know if they don't `;`-
Initially gave 3 stars due to condition being closer to NRA Fair rather than Good My evaluation, as well as missing a magazine. Upped the review to 4 stars since SOSS customer service contacted me and said they'd ship me the magazine that was missing from the original shipment. I left product performance blank since I have not taken this to the range yet. Way to go SOSS, making things right for their customers.
Very pleased! Received what appeared a new pistol at a very good price!
The one I received was in the described good condition. It shows light holster wear and appears to have been shot little. It came with the box, all 3 backstraps, and night sights. However the front night sight was missing the tritium vile. I called S&W customer service and they sent me a brand new front night sight free of charge. Great service all around.
