First off let me say this.... from SOSs door to my FFL Dealers door.....3 Days ! 4 if you count my Order day.... Thats amazing...! And as for the Bersa....so far, so great ! Out of the box....Manual, Breakdown-Clean-Reassemble...no probs, textbook Strip. And regarding Range Day....had a great day ! Fired off 50 Rds with only 1 Miss. First Time Break In....Ill take it. Im pretty sure after a couple hundred rounds Ill feel comfortable enough to Carry. Need a little more time with it. But In A Nutshell...Im happy so far with my purchase. But In a couple weeks Ill know for sure. Ill stop back in a month or two and Ill give my verdict.
Well....after sending several hundred rounds thru my Bersa since my last review & Im confident enough now to Carry Conceal my Bersa. To date, Im Happy to report No malfunctions. Every time I pull the trigger at my Club....it goes Bang and that is what its all about ! And one last thing.....its a Blast to shoot ! Im now confident to recommend the Bersa Thunder to anyone looking for a 380.

While first shooting my Thunder .380, the magazine wouldn’t seat properly and had to be forcefully pressed to click into place. I also experienced numerous stove-pipes. Assuming it was an ammo issue, I tried different brands, but still encountered failures to eject spent cartridges. Additionally, there were several failures to feed the cartridge into the barrel breach.
The Versa warranty was honored, and the issues were fixed. Unfortunately, the upper slide was replaced and now has a different serial number than the original lower. After the repairs, the firearm worked flawlessly. It shoots perfectly and accurately, and has had no issues since.
