Meet your next all-purpose gun, the Grand Power K100 9mm. Enhanced ergonomics keep your hand and eye focused firmly on the target. And four interchangeable, easy-to-remove hand grips ensure you get the proper fit.
Please Note: This firearm is equipped with a safety lever that also acts as a decocker when pushed to the down position while the hammer is cocked. Please note that the decocker is not a safety and that if you still pull the trigger while a round is in the chamber, your firearm will discharge. To engage the safety, you must push the lever to the upward position.
This semiautomatic is a carry option I utilize often.
Pros: Great shooter. Low recoil barrel maintains level position. Ambidextrous controls.
Decent sight picture. Round capacity.
Cons: Additional magazines are $$$, breakdown is challenging the first few times.
Of all the 9mm pistols I have, the Grand Power K100 is the best shooting. A solid, crisp trigger and one of the shortest trigger resets of all my semi autos. Perfect for double taps. I have made some modifications to the sights and purchased a steel recoil rod to replace the polymer OEM part. The only issue I have is the take down is not a simple task. A third hand would be nice but overall, a great product.
First full size 9mm in the firearms collection. A champion in the European shooting community but less known here in the USA. The fit and finish of this weapon is very nice. The slide offers serrations at the front and back. Slide action is smooth. The trigger reset is minimal and double tap is a snap. The rotating barrel makes return to target faster. First disassemble and reassemble was challenging but after that, no problems. The recoil spring can prove challenging to keep in place and the take down does often require 3 hands but after some practice, it is easily manageable. My wife wants the P11 after handling and shooting the K100MK12.
Easy load,15 Rounds, on kill 99%.
This is a pretty sweet firearm. For less than $500 well worth it. The model I received has a decocker and no safety as in the description which is fine with me but may be a deal breaker for others. Besides the failure to ejects stove piping with new shooters I believe limp wristing with regular federal FMJ 115 gr. Reliable otherwise. I am very happy with this purchase.
