I ordered it 7/12/19. It was shipped 7/18/19 and my FFL received it on 7/22/19. The finish is amazing, the coating on the barrel is extremely durable! I’ve put 1,000 rounds through mine and it doesn’t show any wear. It shoots super flat and if anything it makes my groupings tighter! This gun is super accurate!

 I love the way she handles and the grip is super intense but I don’t notice it while shooting. It’s an amazing fun! What else is there to say about it?! My only gripe would be it should be sold with 3 mags instead of 2 but for the price I paid for it I could use the money I saved to buy another mag. I give it 10 freedom stars!

I love everything about this gun. Low recoil, most accurate gun I have fired at 25 yards. New trigger is major upgrade which sends it over the top.

This version of the M&P is vastly improved. The trigger is much better, and there is much less recoil & muzzle rise. The firearm is extremely for accurate, and a joy to shoot. I would highly recommend purchasing this gun.

I picked this pistol up while on sale here and finally got the chance to shoot it this weekend. It took a few rounds to find how it liked to be held with the ammo I was shooting but once I found the right grip, it was consistently shooting rounds in a 5 diameter circle at 15 yards. Highly recommend this gun - and it looks cool, too! This will be my go-to for practical pistol at the gun range!

This gun is super easy to shoot. Comes back on target without effort. Great look. Great fit. Why 99% Mags are pricey especially if you want keep the color match.

This guns replaced my Glock 19 to me. It eats everything I feed through it. I even conceal carry this gun. Love the grip and length of slide. I believe this will be my customizable project gun.

I have an older M&PC that has always been a good shooter, even though I prefer my German Sig 229. But the M&P 2.0 upstaged any gun I've ever owned -- fits great, looks good, smooth operation, and accurate. I've had several handguns, but none better than this. It makes me a better shooter than I normally am and the recoil is minimal. I would highly recommend this handgun for home defense.

Rented a M 2.0 at my local range in the 4 1/2 barrel version and was quite impressed. I was looking for the 5 FDE version, but nobody locally stocked the longer barrel version. I came across Sportsmans Outdoors Superstore and found it at a very attractive price of $429.00. I received it in two days after paying $19.99 for express shipping. The buying experience was great and I definitely would buy from Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore again. I did examine the 2.0 when I went to the FFL dealer to fill out paperwork for State background check. The dealer had a trigger lock on the 2.0 and I never asked for it to be removed for complete testing. My bad. I take the gun to range and discovered a very gritty trigger. There is a smooth travel but just before it breaks there is a very gritty feel before the break. I only put 100 rounds through it. I'll try another couple hundred rounds. If that doesn't smooth out and I doubt it will I'll be contacting S&W. Except for the trigger issue, it is extremely accurate at 5-20 yards with absolutely no feed or extract issues. The racking and takedown is a breeze. I still would recommend this gun in spite of my trigger issue.

I'm a 1911 guy and I love this gun. I like the single stage 1911 triggers and the trigger in this isn't 1911 good but it's still good. The grip is nice and tacky.

Very pleased with the transaction. Order shipped fast, arrived well packed and intact. Only negative is with the magazines. The floor plate on each of the two included mags did not meet up flush with the base of the mag-well. There was an annoying gap on the trigger side of the grip where they are supposed to lay snug against each other as in the photo above but they did not. I used a heat gun to soften the tab and bent it upward to eliminate the gap. Will hope the extra mags from the rebate fit better. Otherwise, very happy with the pistol, I also own the M&P Shield, love them both.

You see all the attention other guns like Glock, HK VP9, Canick, CZ, and Springfield get. This gun is amazing. I just purchased a HK VP9 and I thought the Smith and Wesson 2.0 was not going to impress me as much, but I was wrong. Besides the looks of FDE and the long 5 barrel, what makes this great is it is very easy to handle and is VERY accurate. I love this gun. My Glocks are now third behind this M&P and the VP9. The thumb safety is easily replaced with side panels that S&W customer service can send out to you free of charge. The only thing I changed was the sights. Only negative I can say is that it only comes with 2 magazines, but the rebate sends me 2 more. At $429, it is the best price around.

I own Glocks and the VP9 Tactical. This Smith and Wesson 2.0 5 barrel is VERY accurate. So far it cycles everything and locks the slide to the rear. Very easy to shoot. It is very accurate and the groupings are smaller than my other pistols. I LOVE this gun. FDE is very nice looking. Wish it came with 3 mags. I went for the 5 to have a long barrel pistol longer than the Glock 17 and FDE for something different. At $429 price point, it was just a no brainer to get one. No gun is perfect, but this one is awesome!!

Best handgun I own, next to my Sig Scorpion. Love the grip. Love the trigger. Love the way it shoots. Definitely out shoots me. Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore is awesome. Great deals, great company, great service.

Great shooting pistol. If you're on the fence, go ahead and get it. That being said, I've never liked the way the S&W trigger looked, but functions perfectly. Had to polish the slide release; was extremely difficult to release slide. I ordered 2 of these pistols and only 1 did that.

Finally had a chance to break this beauty in and oh boy......it was amazing! I'm truly in love with this pistol. The trigger pull is more then adequate, the trigger rest is exceptionally fast. I put about 400 rounds with multiple brands and grains and it just ate them all up with not one FTF or FTE! Great purchase and awesome price; I'm seriously contemplating buying the 40 version of this but hard to explain that one to my wife.

I haven't shot the gun, since I just picked up my gun from my local ffl, but with that being said, I'm in love with my purchase, and the price I paid was great, and the product is amazing looking. Look forward to going to the range soon!

I purchased this as an impulse purchase and am happy I did. I own five other M&P pistols, the regular size, compact, shield , 22 compact and bodyguard. I am very happy with them and this one does not disappoint. The color and size grab your attention and the way it feels in your hand is like it belongs there. It shoots great and we went through over 300 rounds in a short period of time. My sons loved the way it handled. It ate everything we put through it. This is going to be one of my home defense guns, that is how much I like it. I would highly recommend, even if you already own a full size. Right now I am waiting for the 45 to be released and going to get that as soon as it is released.

I ordered this early Friday morning. It was sent out later that day and received it the following Tuesday. Would of been Monday, but holiday & ice storm delayed it. I own four other M&P9s, and this new generation is a must buy. Looks and shoots great. I showed it to my kids and they love the color and feel. Will buy the 45 when it comes out next month in both black and FDE. The way the case foam is cut, I wouldn't be surprised to see a threaded version soon.

I think S&W has another winner with this 9mm M2.0. It is a really nice handgun to shoot. I may make it my EDC because it handles so good. Go to your gun store and check this baby out. I believe you'll really like it.
