I received the eagle and had to wait for the ammo to arrive to use it or the first time. I have to say this is a pleasure to shoot, you do have to make sure you do not limp wrist this as it will jam on you. The recoil is soft compared to my S&W model 27-2 357 magnum. It is heavy, weight for me makes it easy to use and aim. The concussion from it, is amazing and makes it a total blast to shoot. Cleaning is a breeze and make sure you clean in great detail, oil and grease for optimum functionality. Also because it is an MK XIX you can change out the barrel to 50AE with ease, make sure you also get the 50 magazine. Same with changing to 357, you will need bolt change and magazine. I look forward to getting additional barrels. Very happy
