Best bolt action for $400 and under

Let me start off by saying that this gun is a steal at $399, now with the $75 rebate it's a no brainer. It consistently shoots sub moa .75 at 100 yards all day long. The weather shield finish is tough and looks great. The gun is also a lot darker in person. Action is smooth and relatively quiet. Overall I'm very impressed with this gun and can't wait to buy another one in 6.5 creedmoor. Btw this gun loves Hornady American Whitetail.
