What's in the Box

  • P40 DA/SA 10mm Pistol with Decocker
  • (2) Magazines
  • Additional Front Sight

The P40’s rotating barrel makes shooting the powerful 10mm round as tame as the 9mm. Also featured is an innovative polyamide handle that's stronger and gives you enhanced reliability and easier field stripping. And the stylish curved slide provides excellent handling and ergonomics with less lift and recoil.

The P40 is built on the latest generation of Mk12 polyamide, but it features a new steel dismantling catch which replaced the original trigger guard stop. This innovation results in a stronger handle, enhanced reliability, and easier field stripping.

(5 out of 5) Great 10mm pistol
by from Alamogordo, NM on

You can find my video review on Ytube by searching for ron quixote grand power 10mm. In short, I really enjoy shooting this pistol. I was very surprised to find that I prefer shooting it in DAO to DA/SA or even SA. Maybe that is due to the unique ability to shoot the pistol DAO as I cant think of another pistol with the same ability. While Ive seen claims that the rotating barrel makes it feel like shooting a 9mm, I think that overstates things. It shoots well with the recoil not having as much snap as other 10mm pistols Ive shot. This helps it come back to the initial point of aim for faster follow up shots. I really like how the top of the slide is a series of bevels as opposed to being rounded. The trigger itself feels cheap though the trigger pull is actually quite good. I liked the textures on the grip. Good luck finding additional magazines.
