The Ruger American Rifle Ranch is now configured to accept AR-style magazines, further increasing the overall potential capacity of your rifle. The New Ruger Ameican Rifle Ranch in 300 Blackout features a cold hammer-forged threaded barrel, resulting in ultra-precise rifling that provides exceptional accuracy, longevity and easy cleaning.
Excellent rifle, especially with suppressor on it.
Pluses - accurate sub-MOA, light, relatively inexpensive, adjustable and crisp trigger, AR mag compatible and very quiet with subsonics and a suppressor. Minuses - mag wiggles a bit, bolt can get sticky lube it! and is not as smooth as I would like. Definitely a nice coyote and hog gun.
Finally have been able to get it to the range and am very impressed. Functions well with all my 10 and 20 round AR magazines. Have a Spider 1 - 4 scope and will shout quarter size groups. No functioning problems at all. Very impressed with Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore. I am considering the same rifle in 223 and will order through them.
This gun is solid. I love the fact I can use AR mags with it! I'm using 190gr Hornady ammo with a ATN 2x8 thermal scope and it's very accurate and very fun! The problem though minor, is reloading fast. It just doesn't like fast action movement. If that's the only problem so far, then great job Ruger! You can't beat it for the price! Highly recommend for pig and predator hunting!
