Failure to Feed

It seems there is a QA issue at Mossberg. I have several Mossberg 500s and am verry happy with those, so decided to try out a semiauto from them. Overall, the shotguns looks good, but I am having issues with a failure to feed when I cycle the first rounds after loading. And on the second attempt to chamber a round I get a double feed. I will be contacting Mossberg to service this shotgun. I have read on line that there is mixed feelings about the shoutgun. Some people report no issues and some report the same issues I am having, so there appears to be a Quality Assurance issue.
