Taurus USA sets the new standard for concealed carry handguns with the introduction of the new Taurus G2C series semi-automatic pistols. These streamlined, performance-driven autoloaders strike the ideal balance between comfort and confidence in both self-defense and target shooting conditions.
Operation of the G2C is straightforward, thanks to a striker-fire, double-action trigger system that includes restrike capability. A manual, external safety is located conveniently above the thumb for quick manipulation in stressful conditions. The reversible magazine release is also ergonomically positioned for rapid, one-hand mag drops during tactical mag changes. Integrated into the G2C frame is a Mil-STD 1913 Picatinny rail to accept an accessory light or a laser.

I was ordering the Taurus G2C in black, and my wife saw the purple one and loved it, so I ordered one for her. It fits great in her purse and it is just the right size for her, and with the standard mounting rail it was easy to add a laser.
