This is police-trade ammunition that was originally issued to a department but was never used.

Designed to complement Hornady's existing line of Critical DUTY law enforcement handgun ammunition, Hornady Handgun Training ammunition is loaded with the same bullet weights and profiles as their Critical Duty counterparts for similar ballistic performance at an economical price. Care has been given to ensure that Hornady Handgun Training ammunition provides reliable functioning as well as point of aim/point of impact that is consistent with comparable Critical DUTY rounds. Loaded at the Hornady facility, these loads feature quality brass cases, optimized propellants and Hornady pistol bullets.
