I purchased this crossbow about 2 1/2 to 3 years ago. Initially it shot well, however after 1.5 years of owning the main arm broke. I contacted the Center Point and all I was offered was a 45% discount on another bow as they did not have the parts and had discontinued this model. I find this disgusting and unacceptable as this was under warranty and should’ve been replaced with a crossbow of similar make and model. I would not recommend Center Point at all and would further encourage you to shop elsewhere for a crossbow the customer service is terrible and they do not hon their warranties. If you did decide to buy one I hope they do not stop making that specific model as if there is a fault with it which I found they will not replace it but make you buy another one at 50% of their price.
Very pleased with this product. Fast, quiet and accurate. A complete package easily assembled. SOS service was excellent
