(3 out of 5) Manufacturing Defect Slow Taurus Service
by from San Antonio, TX on

No issues with Sportsman’s Outdoors ordering this item. Initially liked it for what it was and felt it was a fair price. The firing pin broke while doing dry firing practice. This is covered under the warranty by Taurus. I had to pay for the shipping. I complained and Taurus agreed to split the shipping with me. Called Taurus 3 weeks after shipping waited on hold for 10 min and was told it could be another 10 weeks before the gun is repaired. Not much of a bargain purchase anymore and will always worry about that firing pin. Stick with a Ruger or Smith.
