This Barnaul 308 Winchester (7.62x51mm) ammunition is loaded with a 145 grain, Full Metal Jacket bullet with a thin polymer coating which helps in ammo longevity, feeding and extraction. The economical price allows for more practice and fun range time.
This ammo is made and sold from Russia. It’s cheap. Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore should offer to send it to Ukraine fighters. Won’t be buying Russian stuff and surprised this site still is.
It was a very good price so I bought some. Will not buy it again even its cheap. This is worse than Tulammo. Shot some with my Mauser M18. This rifle constantly delivered MOA with Winchester and Hornady. The Barnaul will spread out to 2 at 100yrd, I accept it as a cheap ammo, but the base of shells have too much variation and sometime hard to feed or eject. It also tends to have misfires.
