Ever fired a 40s&w with no muzzle flip and accurate shot after shot I have the fnx 40 in my opinion has no flaws and I love it. The grip feel, angle is better than anything else I have used. Im a pistol master, police armorer for 4 major manufacturers and law enforcement firearms instructor for 30 years.
The FNX 40 is the best 40 on The market . Perfect balance of size and capacity . Good trigger that gets better with time . A little big for concealed carry ,though A Remora #10 inside the waistband holster gets the job done.
I'm always a little skeptical buying stuff online, especially something like a handgun. I ordered it and within a week it was in my hand. I could not be more happy with the shipping of Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore!
I ran about 300 rounds of ammo with zero issues. Exceeded every expectation and settled any previous concern or doubt I had before I bought it. I will be buying more guns here soon!
My 1st FN, my 1st Single/Double action polymer pistol: it exceeded all my expectations. The 40 S&W is not dead, at least not for me: as a matter of fact only the 22lr is more represented in my firearm calibers and most of those are rifles. Now, if only the FNSc in 9mm dropped down to this price point...
I'm disappointed with the FNX40 performance. Recoil spring needs to be replaced. I hope that aftermarket spring will be better than the original. Slide goes all the way back and hits hard against the frame. I also wish it had a crispier trigger. The only positive comment I can make is that unit comes with 3 magazines and it is very inexpensive.
