Product Features

  • Fully Multi-Coated - Increase light transmission with multiple anti-reflective coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces.
  • Brightness Settings - 11 Levels
  • Unlimited Eye Relief - Non-critical eye relief for rapid target acquisition
  • Parallax Free - All red dot and holographic sights will exhibit some small amount of parallax. Matching current industry practice, this small amount would be considered "parallax free" and will make a negligible difference in performance.
  • Night-Vision Compatibility - The lowest 2 settings are night-vision compatible.
  • Waterproof - O-ring seals prevent moisture, dust and debris from penetrating for reliable performance in all environments.
  • Hard Anodized Finish - Highly durable hard-coat anodization provides a low-glare matte surface and helps camouflage the shooter's position.

(5 out of 5) Low light output is for night vision
by from Amarillo, TX on

At first, you might think you have a bad optic or a dead battery, but Vortex Crossfire 2 is designed to work with a very low light output to be functional with night vision applications, making the lowest dot-light settings invisible, so you will have to go to the higher light output for normal viewing. There is nothing wrong with the sight, just a small learning curve. Great product being on when you turn it on.

(5 out of 5) My Go to standard in red dots!!!
by from NE, TX on

This was my 7th Vortex Crossfire II red dot. Once you know anything before setting 7 is unusable, they are great! I leave it on setting 8 and change the batteries out every Jan 1st. I’ve never had a fail or lost a zero. I have stripped the threads on one and Vortex helped me out. Great warranty, great affordable red dot that looks great on anything from DDMK18- HK SP5 or Ruger 10/22-Zastava M70.

What a fantastic price Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore sells them for!!!

(5 out of 5) Second review after talking to vortex

(1 out of 5) Vortex Crossfire Red Dot DO NOT BUT
by from Albany, GA on

This Vortex Crossfire red dot is a do not buy, knob hard to turn, always on unless you turn it off, can not see red dot unless above 4-5 mark and very glare after that. Get a Romeo 5 and be happy. I have a Romeo 5 and love it, but wanted to try vortex crossfire and it is not very good.
