Bought this Raging Hunter in .454 Casull a few weeks ago and finally got a chance to take it to the range the day after X-MAS. 

I have .357s, .44s, and all the usual calibers in my collection, but I had never shot a .454 Casull, so I was a little more concerned about what the recoil was going to feel like. Holy crap!!! I held on a little tighter than usual and hoped it wouldn’t come back and hit me in the face. Happy to say I shot it 6 times, 4 shots grouped around the bullseye, and my red dot is now sighted in at 60 feet. Not a gun for beginners, but if you can handle a .44 Magnum revolver, this is turning up the recoil by about 40%. How much worse can a .500 Magnum be? Taurus Raging Hunter in .454 Casull, a great gun. Someday I’ll get a chance to hunt with it.

This is an amazing hand cannon, recoil is not that bad. Sportsman outdoors got it to FFL dealer quick considering the covid panic.Lol I will do business with them again.
