(5 out of 5) BEST BUY I HAVE MADE IN A LONG WHILE

Perfect home defender. I would recommend shooting some rounds through the gun to loosen it up. Very tight.

(5 out of 5) Really great gun
by from Monroe, NC on

Picked it up yesterday, shot it this morning. My second Citadel shotgun, the first was a Bosshog 12 gauge semiauto. The Bosshog is a great gun but too much recoil for me, so I got this in 20 gauge. Test fired it with Remington 4 shot express and Monarch 000 buckshot and a few Federal 7 1/2 steel shot shells. The Federal steel was rated at 1500 feet per second and was the hardest kicking load, recoil was still very comfortable in the 20 gauge caliber. Had a few failures to eject due to this being a new shotgun in unfired condition but I know from experience ejection will improve quickly as the shotgun parts wear in. This is about my 5th or 6th Turkish made shotgun and they are all like this, I think that to save money the Turks don't break edges on their guns. This isn't a big problem. I do reccomend shooting a hundred rounds through a new gun before you bet your life on the gun being reliable. I shot about 30 shells this morning and I am very satisfied.

Great gun. Was looking for a home defense gun that the wife could easily handle. Shots flawlessly and comes with the Ghost ring sites. Glad I bought 2 when I did.
