Kahr Firearms Group is proud to announce the “Warrior Traditions” series of custom pistols. Each Warrior Traditions gun will feature a design theme based on the symbolism and gear used by members of a historical warrior class, beginning with the “Viking” 1911 from Magnum Research.

Viking cultural traditions have been a powerful influence on modern warrior culture. The phrase “Til Valhalla” expresses the devotion of warriors to their colleagues, and their hope to see them again one day after the battle is done.

The Viking 1911 starts out as a Magnum Research Desert Eagle 1911GR, with 5” barrel, all steel construction, and accessory rail on the dust cover. Each pistol has a custom trigger, adjustable rear sight, extended beavertail, and skeletonized hammer. The metal is then distressed and covered with Cerakote Clear finish, resembling a battle-worn Viking weapon. “Til Valhalla” is engraved on the slide. The grips are custom engraved aluminum, featuring Odin on one side, and his ravens on the other.
