(2 out of 5) Really wanted to like it - but it is not as good as any of my EDC pistols :
by from Denver, CO on

I really love the upgraded look and feel of this customized G19 pistol! You get a lot of bang for the buck VS customizing your own oem Glock. However, now I wish I would have just bought a G19 frame/grip job instead. I found the trigger to be the worst one I own I own 12 pistols, the trigger pull is way too heavy and I dont mind heavy triggers as I own many DA pistols but this has what feels like a 20 lb trigger break you finger tip will turn white when pressing it and then afterwards the reset is just too mushy with no click on reset which I just hate. I really like the high grip purchase with the high undercut which helps slightly with felt-recoil but now the mag release is straight in line with your finger and the sharp square mag release cuts into your finger - weird I filed the square edges so much better now Hopefully there will be a new upgraded version of this model because it really feels nice and looks bad-ass! I just wish it functioned better - I dont get the same confidence I have with my EDC Glock 19.4, this one just seems like a range toy and I wouldnt risk my life with, etc

(3 out of 5) You will need to replace trigger!
by from Los Altos, CA on

Great ergonomics but the trigger is lousy a very heavy wall with no ramp, I was hoping that the trigger would be better as it looks to be an upgraded flat-style trigger, but the trigger is much worse than a factory Glock even though this has a flat trigger. As a matter of fact, the flat trigger is worse with a heavy pull as it will pull the gun left or right depending on where you finger sits on the trigger. PROS: - I love the look and the ergonomics! CONS: - will have to replace trigger with Zev or other. - the trigger trigger guard is way too wide to fit any of my G19 or G17 holsters! - the magazines look awesome steel/polymer but horrible loading and feeding!! I never had mags feed so poorly, bullets jamming in mags, had to swap OEM mags to use it

(1 out of 5) DOA - very dissapointed
by from Phoenix, AZ on

This is the only pistol that I ever received that arrived DOA! I opened the box, racked the slide and pressed the trigger, and the trigger did not reset so cant take slide off to inspect, very disappointing. Since the FFL had me fill-out the form before testing the pistol, now I cant return it. I learned my lesson, no matter what the FFL says you should demand that you inspect and test the firearm first before filling out the FFL form! Contacted SOS days ago, but no call back.
