The H010G Lever Action .45-70 Side Gate receiver is blued steel fitted with an 18.43" round barrel and a removable tubular magazine of four-round capacity. The addition of side loading gate allows easy reloading and top-offs while you’re in the field.
Its pistol-grip buttstock and steel-capped forend are crafted of beautiful American walnut and cut with checkering to provide a sure grip. The buttstock wears a soft rubber pad to help shooters handle .45-70 recoil from a 7.08 lb. rifle. The model H010G is factory issued with a fully adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight and a brass beaded front sight. Because the receiver is drilled and tapped, scope mounting is an easy option.

I finally got my Rifle and when I took it out of the box I was vary impressed. The fit and finish is what I expected from Henry. I cant give an evaluation on performance at this point because ammo has gone the same way as toilet paper did when this COVID crap started.
