Tough and accurate. If you're looking for a rifle that will stand up to the abuse you put yourself through in the field, the XPR is the rifle for you. The advanced polymer stock with new Mossy Oak DNA camo finish is built for superior grip in wet conditions and will stand up to the scratches and bumps you're bound to encounter on the stalk or on the walk to the stand. The Perma-Cote matte finish is tough and non-reflective. The detachable box magazine is a built in feature that is typically an expensive after-market addition, allowing you to keep extra shells in a spare mag instead of jingling loose in your pocket.

Bought this rifle for the wife 3 years ago in the compact version. Mounted a Leupold 3x9, 350 caliber specific scope on it. She has killed 5 deer with it, including this 11 point droptine bruiser yesterday on our opener. 5 deer and 5 rounds. The furthest one made it 30 yards before it expired. Light, compact, and accurate. If Winchester made one in left hand I would own one...
Fortunately, Winchester was offering a nice rebate when I was in the market for a 350 Legend. Out of the rifles available for this cartridge, this was my choice. Aside from its many stock configurations, it had the cleanest lines, smoothest bolt, nicest detachable magazine, and a cool camo stock. Most importantly, it's accurate. The trigger on the XPR is extremely good for a production rifle and breaks like glass, which really contributes to its accuracy. It hasn’t let me down. I would recommend it to anyone.
Trigger wiggles really bad making noise as you walk. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a better built rifle. Sent it in for a refund the same day I got it in the mail.
