The redesigned AXIS II XP offers hunters even better out-of-the-box performance at the same affordable price. In addition to improved ergonomics, the package rifle is loaded with features that deliver tack-driving accuracy on every shot, including the user-adjustable AccuTrigger, thread-in headspacing, and a factory-mounted, bore-sighted Bushnell 4-12x40mm scope. The button-rifled barrel is well balanced with the tough composite stock.

I originally bought this gun for my 8 year old to use when he would go deer hunting with me. However, I found myself leaving my. 308 at home and taking this little tack driver with me when I would go hunting by myself. I highly recommend this rifle, it is a very maneuverable gun in the shooting house or while walking through the woods and it's extremely lightweight. The only issue I had was with one of the screws being stripped in the receiver. But I was able to fix the problem myself by using some spare screws that I had laying around. Great rifle and great price!
