(5 out of 5) Great rifle
by from Zebulon, GA on

Very impressed with this rifle. The fit and finish is fairly good given that Rossi rifles aren't as expensive as competitors like Henry and Marlin. The sights were dead on right out of the box for some accurate shooting. The action is as smooth as butter and the trigger pull is really crisp. The loading gate is a little stiff but will likely get better as it gets broken in. The recoil is non-existent and with the 357 Mag rounds it is like shooting a 22.LR. This rifle has made me realize that hot handgun rounds like 357 and 44 mag are a delight when shot out of a rifle rather than a revolver. Powerful, accurate, and affordable to practice with.
