(5 out of 5) The Viking X430 crossbow
by from Raleigh, NC on

Shoots fast, the only thing that went wrong was the hand crank cocking device broke the first time I tried to use it the bolt between the two pieces bent then broke. Could not cock it with the rope device, so my son had to do it for me. The big plus for me buying the crossbow was the hand crank cocking device. So right now, I am not a happy camper!

I own and have owned several crossbows and never have I had the experience of utter dissatisfaction as I have with this one. Hand crank stripped out on the first attempt to cock this bow. After using the rope cocker I placed my first bolt on the bow. Just as I was pulling the release the bolt fell off and the dry fire resulted in a broken string. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
