I haven’t received the firearm yet, but I will say that Sue in customer service was absolutely amazing in helping with my purchase! She’s fun and friendly, and most of all, she didn’t waste my time and got all of my questions answered. Customer service everywhere needs more people like Sue. So, Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore, you better give her a raise to ensure she sticks around!
Also, for what it’s worth, the last police trade Glock I got from Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore was great. It was advertised as a very good condition Gen 4 G17, and it was exactly as advertised—almost brand-new condition. So, I expect nothing less with this Gen 5 purchase.
