The Taurus GX4 Carry Strike Bravo is a purpose-built 9mm carry pistol that blends micro-compact dimensions with duty-grade features. Its T.O.R.O. optics-ready slide accepts most common micro red dots out of the box, while a 3.70" 1/2x28 threaded barrel is ready for suppressors or muzzle devices. A reversible charging handle provides extra purchase for fast, consistent manipulation, and a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail lets you mount lights or lasers. The Strike Bravo package is compatible with standard GX4 accessories and ships with two 15-round magazines. Select the SIWB configuration to add the Strike Industries FSA stabilizer brace—offering more contact area and shootability without SBR registration—yet the pistol remains slim at 1.08" wide and easy to conceal at just 5.16" tall (approx. 24.1 oz. without brace / 34.9 oz. with brace).

I received this pistol from SOSS on Friday, 2/13/26. Price was phenomenal, shipping was free and on time, and performance of this pistol after 50 rounds of FMJ 115 gr and 15 rounds of Sig Elite V-Crown 115 gr HP so far has been flawless! This weapon with the Strike Industries FSA Single Stabilizer Brace and a Holosun HE407K-GR X2 mounted allows me to shoot dramatically more accurately at 5, 7, 10, and even 25 yards than I have been able to shoot any pistol in 25 years! If this trend continues over time and the pistol maintains this type of accuracy, comfort, and ease of use, I will be unexpectedly ecstatic over this purchase.
I’ve owned and shot many handguns over 50 years, including many higher-end brands, but I’ve never been this excited about such a game-changing, innovative approach to defensive weaponry. The only issue I’ve discovered so far is that I can’t manually retract the slide after installing a fully loaded 15 round mag. However, the gun is still new, and this may change with time. The simple workaround is to retract the slide before inserting a full mag, and since the slide stays back after the last round is fired with the empty mag remaining in place, when a fresh full mag is inserted, the slide goes back into battery after pushing the slide release, so it doesn’t impact the ability to return to shooting.
This gun is light, compact, fits perfectly into a 5.11 zippered case, is trouble free, easy to field strip for cleaning, and as stated before, incredibly accurate for having only a 3.7 barrel. My only regret is that I didn’t buy two of these! Thanks SOSS!!!
