Beautiful G model Savage MK II rifle. I really like the wooden stock instead of the plastic on the other models. The Accutrigger is great right out of the box and needed no adjustments and same with the sights at 25 yards. I purchased an EWG pickatinny rail so I can mount a scope part number is 41600. It was fairly dirty after unboxing and needed a good cleaning. I put a little over 100 rounds of Federal bulk ammo and another 100 rounds of sub sonics from Eley with no problems. A pellet gun is louder then this .22 when using the sub sonics. I would recommend this rifle as a great introduction to bolt-action shooting and also for the overall fun factor. This gun will be enjoyed for years and years.
