I placed an order for the 92FS 9mm 15-round magazine on 03/02/25, understanding that standard shipping takes 7-10 business days. Since placing the order, the status has remained stuck on "Preparing for Shipment," with no updates or communication from the seller. Only after waiting with no updates did I discover the item was temporarily out of stock—something that was not indicated at the time of purchase. I understand that delays happen, but the complete silence was disappointing. A simple update on the status or an estimated shipping date would have been appreciated. At that point, I was wondering if my order would ever ship. I expected better service, especially for a reputable product like this. Sadly, the lack of transparency overshadowed my excitement for the purchase. I hoped this would get resolved soon—but for now, I couldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you’re okay with being left in the dark. ? 1/5 stars—strictly for the lack of transparency and communication. Update 03/24/2025: I originally experienced a delay with my order due to a recent shipping software update on the company’s end. While the delay was frustrating, their customer service team quickly addressed the issue, upgraded my shipping at no extra cost, and kept me informed throughout the process. The product arrived in perfect condition on 03/21/2025, and I’m extremely satisfied with both the item and the support I received. Mistakes happen, but the way this company handled it shows they truly care about their customers. Updating my review to 5 stars—highly recommend! ????? 5/5 stars.
