First off, these guys have a new repeat customer. Fast shipping and handling. Now to the 1911, it's quite literally perfection. Compared to other 1911s out there, this loaded takes the medal. I think it's safe to say it's right up there with some of my high end 1911s. I'm going to be purchasing Springfield Armory 1911s exclusively from here on out. Fit, finish, quality craftsmanship. This easily gets a 10/10 in my book.
This is my third gun purchase from sportsman outdoor superstore and it went great! Received gun very quick. The only complaint that I have is a small scratch that I could not buff out on the back of the slide.... Not a huge deal could have happen when the FFL was looking at it for all I know. The gun performed very well, no FTF in 200 rounds. I bought it for my wife who is 4'10 and 110lbs she really loves the weight and balance of 1911s. She was able to achieve groups of sub 2 at 10 yards which I am happy with. I do not like that you need an Allen key to field strip this model I will be looking into changing this in the future
