Introduced in 2012, the Micro .380 ACP set the bar for the highest quality firearm in its class. This year the Micro 9 Two-Tone joins its ranks, offering the same highly sought-after small-scale 1911 ergonomics, a single action trigger, superior safety features and all-metal construction.
The Micro 9 barrel and slide is machined from stainless steel for superior resistance to moisture, while the frame is shaped from the finest aluminum for integrity and strength. One of the most important Micro design advantages is a single action trigger with a short, smooth pull that ensures accuracy and confidence. The thumb safety, slide release and magazine release are pure 1911 in design. Other standard features include a lowered and flared ejection port for flawless ejection and a beveled magazine well for fast, positive loading. Sights are steel —not plastic— and mounted in machined dovetails for additional durability.
Ideal for any shooter, the Micro 9 will set a new level of expected quality and shootability to the 9mm micro-compact for concealed carry, everyday carry and home protection.

This is a great sub 9mm from Kimber. Looks great and fires on target. I bought two for my wife and I. It is a great price for a very good pistol.
I put a few hundred rounds of cheap ammo Magtech steel casing through it. It will eat them well enough until about the fourth or fifth mag. After that it has failure to eject about midway through the mag. It was pretty consistent with that throughout the day, but I expected that with the Magtech ammo. Didn't have any problems with JHP rounds Critical Defense I put downrange. Sights are spot on and recoil is next to nothing for such a small firearm. It's a great firearm for EDC and the price is hard to beat.
Have put a couple thousand rounds through this pistol now, haven't had any problems at all and I have used all kinds of ammo, cheap to high priced, the pistol don't care it likes it all, just says feed me more. Easy to carry and most important it is reliable. Always ready when you are if you have done your part. What more can a person say, it's a good pistol period.
