The photos represent the average condition of these used Remington 870 Police Magnum 12 Gauge Pump-Action Shotguns. Price is for one shotgun.
These shotguns are outfitted with a wood stock, and feature an 18" barrel. Additional features include rifled sights, and an extended magazine tube, bringing overall total capacity to 6+1.
Price is for one Remington 870 Police Magnum 12 Gauge Trade-in shotgun. These shotguns may show signs of wear, including surface rust, scratches, scuffs, etc. This is not always the case, but should not be unexpected.
Please Note: Shotguns may not come with a sling.
Mine looked to have had a couple hundred rounds through it by the looks of the internals. The parkerized finish was in very good shape. A little wear on the mag tube from the action. If it weren't for some rust under the night sights I would have kept it as is. I stripped everything to have a fresh Cerakote finish put on and refinished the furniture myself with Tru-Oil. There were minor scuffs in the wood which sanded out completely. After a new set of tritium sights it looks brand new. I could not be happier.
I was very happy with the purchase. The shotgun look way betther than expected. The 870 came with Trijicon sights. The wood furniture has some dings but nothing to complain about. The action is smooth. I recieved the shotgun in about a week. I would recommend the purchase.
I got mine is mint condition. light scratches, no rust, clean barrel. Serial is dated 92. My only complaint is this gun would have only been 300 bucks a year ago. Lets hope Remington can pump out more of these bad boys in the future.
Got my 870 quick. In this time of COVID when everything seems to take forever to arrive I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they shipped this out. I shot it for the first time today and it functioned nicely as expected. The one I got looks great on the right side and scratched on the left...right side looks like the top pic and the left side looks like the bottom pic. Doesn’t seem to have been fired much. The action and bore were great. A year ago I passed up a nicer one for $400... now $600 seems like a good price
Firearm was in excellent condition when it arrived. Only light scratches on the forearm, stock was unmarked. Finish was great with only one small scratch on the receiver. Action is smooth and the internals were spotless. Mine doesn’t appear to have been fired much. Like one of the other reviews said, some of these probably weren’t fired very often. Mine also came with a sling and trijicon shotgun sights. Tritium lamps are still glowing. In this gun buying climate you could certainly do worse. For the price and with these extras I would definitely recommend.
I received a beautiful 870, only a few light marks which just appeared to be normal wear - action is smooth and internals are super clean!
I received a very nice 870 police magnum. A few handling dings here and there but overall in very nice condition. It was in much better shape than what I was expecting based on the photos. Barrel date code is AM which is March 1992. I’m extremely happy with this purchase!
As a collector, this model has been on my list for awhile but I kept delaying knowing the supply was plentiful. Covid changed all that. This gun arrived today at my FFL in great condition. The action is butter smooth. The barrel is in great shape. The furniture is in surprisingly good shape. After seeing the picks online I was expecting alot of work on the furniture and finish but its in great shape. Overall great purchase.
Great self and home defense weapon
