- Owner's Manual
The brand new Kuna pistol from Springfield Armory is a compact, high-performance PDW engineered for personal defense and precision shooting. Crafted with a robust monolithic aluminum upper, this 9mm firearm features a roller-delayed operating system designed to significantly reduce recoil while ensuring superior control. Its lightweight yet durable design, paired with two 30-round magazines, delivers exceptional handling and reliability for any shooting enthusiast.
A Name Rooted in Tradition
Inspired by the European Pine Marten—known as the Kuna in Croatia and celebrated as the nation’s emblem of resilience—the Kuna Pistol embodies strength and heritage. Drawing on the storied legacy of Croatian craftsmanship and military tradition, this firearm pays tribute to enduring quality and dependable performance.
Innovative Engineering and Features
Roller-Delayed Operating System
Engineered for precision, the roller-delayed operating system minimizes reciprocating mass, resulting in reduced recoil and muzzle flip. This streamlined mechanism enhances shot accuracy and control, offering a consistent shooting experience.
Integrated Picatinny Rail
The end plate features a built-in Picatinny rail, allowing for seamless attachment of accessories such as pistol braces or tactical lights, further customizing your shooting setup.
Ample M-Lok Attachment Points
With multiple M-Lok slots on the upper receiver, users can easily add accessories like foregrips, flashlights, or laser modules, tailoring the firearm to specific needs.
AR-Pattern Grip with Adaptive Texture
The AR-pattern grip offers a familiar and comfortable hold, featuring an adaptive texture and integrated storage compartment for convenience.
Precision Flat Trigger
The flat-faced aluminum trigger provides a crisp, tactile break with a short, audible reset, ensuring responsive performance shot after shot.
Durable Translucent Magazines
Each Kuna Pistol comes with two durable, translucent magazines equipped with metal feed lips, ensuring reliability and longevity in every round.
Hybrid Flip-Up Sights
Switch between sight configurations effortlessly with adjustable, spring-loaded flip-up sights that provide both versatility and accuracy.
Hammer Forged Barrel for Consistency
Featuring a 6-inch cold radial hammer forged barrel, the Kuna ensures minimal movement and vibration during firing. The Melonite™ finish enhances durability, while a 1/2×28 threaded muzzle with a multi-port brake further reduces recoil for improved shot consistency.
Fully Ambidextrous Controls
Designed for universal use, the Kuna Pistol includes a reversible, non-reciprocating charging handle and fully ambidextrous controls for safety, magazine release, and bolt release, ensuring ease of use for all shooters.
Suppressor-Ready Design
With its threaded barrel and optimized operating system, the Kuna Pistol is ideally suited for suppressor use, offering reduced sound signature and increased shooting accuracy.

Customer Comments & Questions
Customer Reviews
This was my first time ordering here and I'm glad I decided to do so. There will be many more. They had the Kuna shipped and in my hands in 5 days, ordered on Friday, picked up Wednesday. I test fired 200 rounds right after picking it up and it functioned flawlessly. My first experience with these guys couldn't have gone any better.
