Bought new, frequent misfeeds after 1st shot. Returned to Colt for rework at no charge. They completely refinished and polished the barrel throat. Pre-rework, the barrel throat opening showed 2 separate and distinct production grinds. Imho, it should have been done before leaving the manufacturer. Poor q/c. Works fine now.
